For orders outside the valley, we offer delivery via courier company, and a prepayment is required.

For prepayments outside the valley, customers have two options:

Collect from Courier Partner’s Office: Customers can opt to collect their parcel from our courier partner’s office, with a charge of Rs 100.

Home Delivery: Customers can choose to have their order delivered to their home, with a charge of Rs 200.

What are the delivery options available?

We offer home delivery within Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and Kirtipur with Cash on Delivery option. For customers outside these areas, we provide delivery via courier companies with pre-payment requried.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically process orders received before 11 AM and create a route for delivery within the inside valley. Delivery within the inside valley usually takes 1-2 days.

For orders outside the valley, delivery generally takes 2-3 days, but it may take longer depending on external factors such as road obstructions, air flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in case of any unforeseen delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process every order before 11 Am and proceed with delivery. Orders after 11 AM are processed for the next day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please message us immediately on our Facebook page or Instagram page and we’ll be happy to assist you asap.

Meesaa Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with us. For every purchase you earn 3% of your purchase value back in points.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for nose pins. For more details, please review our Exchange & Return Policy.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For returns within the Kathmandu Valley, if the product is damaged upon delivery or if we mistakenly deliver the wrong item, customers are not required to pay any return shipping charges. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges in these cases. However, if the error is on the customer’s part, such as providing the wrong bangle size, a nominal fee of just Rs.50 will be charged for the exchange.

Similarly, for customers outside the Kathmandu Valley, if the mistake is on our part, we will cover the courier charges for returning the item and exchanging it. However, if the mistake is on the customer’s part, they will be responsible for covering the courier charges to return the item to us, as well as the shipping charges for sending the replacement product from our end.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process your refund or exchange. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of returns.
